Unstoyst is located in Baltasound Voe on Unst, Shetland. The Voe itself is protected and sheltered by the island of Balta. We designed our own cages to suit the site, and to provide the best conditions for growing-on our oysters. The cages were manufactured locally by Unst Inshore Services Ltd.
